Q: Who is King Bladud's Pigs in Bath?
A: We are a group of public art enthusiasts who got
together to organise this public event, just for the summer of 2008. King Bladud's Pigs articles will only be for sale for a limited period. We are non-profit making. Net proceeds will go towards realising and, once open, the maintenance of the exciting Two Tunnels
Project in Bath.

Q: Do you send things abroad?
A: Yes, except mini pigs
Q: How quickly will I get what I order?
A: We try to maintain a stock of all items and to process
orders within a day or two. But we might occasionally run out
in which case we will try to advise you of the likely delay.
We send things by post, by First Class post in the UK and by
airmail abroad. Likely delivery times are as follows :

Q: How much is postage and packing?
A: P&P is calculated as follows:

Q: What about VAT?
A: We add no taxes of any sort to our prices.
Q: How do I pay?
A: We accept all major credit cards, and offer PayPal
as an additional convenience. We accept cheques from customers
in the UK only. Our prices are in £ but if you are abroad then
these will automatically be translated into your home currency
at the current rate of exchange.
Q: When do I pay?
A: Your payment will be taken on order. However, your
payment will be refunded by us in full or in part should circumstances
require this (eg if we find we are out of stock).
Q: How secure is your site?
A: Our payment mechanism works via secure PayPal.

Q: What if I change my mind?
A: Under UK law you have seven days to change your mind when buying things over the Internet. If you do and the order has already been dispatched, you need to return the goods to us at your expense, to the above address. We will then credit you fully with the purchase amount.
